Terms & Conditions

1. General terms

• All drawings may or will include a subtle signature that can be removed in certain conditions.
• With the customer’s consent, I may record the drawing process and post it on my YouTube channel.
• Prices are subject to change based on demand.
• I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing, for any reason.
• Current prices (more art mediums will be added soon):
  • Pencil sketch: ₹600

2. Payment

• Accepted currencies are USD or Indian Rupees, payable via Paytm, other payment services such as MobilePay, or bank transfer.
• Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront, or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.
• Please don’t send any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and asked you to pay.

3. Process and delivery

• I will notify you when I start your commission. From that point you lose the right to a refund (see section 7).
• While I work, I will share reviews so I can make it just right for you. The number of reviews depends on the complexity of the work.
• Work-in-progress images will usually include a watermark and be smaller than the finished piece.
• Completion time is typically 1 week to 1 month, depending on factors such as health, complexity, other work and convention seasons.
• If anything slows the estimated delivery time, I will let you know as soon as possible.

4. Revisions

• You get 3 rounds of changes on the commissioned piece, included in the price.
• A fee applies if you want something changed on the final drawing, unless a misunderstanding on my side caused it.
• If you ask me to change something you previously approved, I will charge a fee based on the change, usually at an hourly rate.
• If your reference is unclear to begin with, changes will come at an extra charge.

5. Copyright / usage policy

I, Anmol Dubey (the artist), hold the rights to the produced drawing, not the buyer. I am allowed to use the artwork to:

1. Promote myself with it everywhere
2. Publish books with it (art books, etc.)
3. Display it everywhere I like (website, social media, etc.)
4. Post it wherever I want

If the buyer requests it, I will not use the artwork in promotion.

The buyer is allowed to:

1. Use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise (for example, as a profile picture on social media or forums).
2. Use the artwork to promote themselves. You are not required to credit me, but it is very appreciated.
3. Use the artwork on their YouTube channel and in monetised videos, as long as the artwork itself is not the main subject of the earnings.

The following is considered copyright infringement:

1. Reproducing or using the artwork commercially, meaning making money from it in any way.
2. Claiming the artwork as your own.
3. Removing my signature from the artwork.
4. Altering the artwork without my consent.

I reserve the full rights to the artwork and its use and distribution unless otherwise agreed. Rights to the image for your own non-personal use may be purchased at any time.

6. Customer satisfaction

• I will do everything I can to make my customers happy.
• If you have a problem with anything regarding your commission, please tell me right away so we can find a solution together.
• I am willing to adjust some terms for you if you ask before I start. For example, if you do not want me to post your art anywhere, we can discuss this.

7. Refund / cancellation policy

• The buyer is not entitled to a refund once I have started working on the commission.
• If for any reason I am unable to start your commission, you will receive a full refund.
• If you cancel before I have started, you can get a full refund. If I have already started, I may keep the percentage of the payment that matches the work done on the piece.
